Group Therapy

Group therapy are sessions with 6-8 participants that share the same identified problem with the intent to utilize group process for education, skills building, and support. As the group facilitator, my role is to provide a safe environment with effective techniques that assists you to have benefical process. I use motivational interviewing techniques to assist with exploring the change you want and the barriers to acheiving that change. With a focus on empowerment and strength's perspective, we introduce and practice new skills to build healthy boundaries; to identify new ways of coping; strengthen and nurture secure attachment within relationships; to educate and process daily successes and challenges.
